I play on Global/NA. I began documenting my journey on 6/7/2025. Last updated: 6/8/2025
So, simply, I thought I'd document some of my experiences to maybe help other people who want to do something similar.
This isn't a super formal guide per se, as a lot of this is gonna probably involve resources from other people, but tweaked to fit with a post-NGS experience... But this isn't really a guide either, more like a... Blog? Or maybe just a log is more fitting. If you're looking for more of an actual guide, the Visiphone is the best place to start.
If you're curious, I'm on Ship 3 but I won't tell you my name, but with how low classic PSO2 server population is I'm sure we'll see each other.
The Casino is one of my favorite places in PSO2 and so it's the place I wanted to laser focus on first.
This one I already had all done when I started the journey. Though it's probably worth noting the amount of Special cards possible in play scales up with more players, I heard you can only do the "win with 3 SP cards" achievement with a full table of people. I bet you can do it with less, but full table is probably the easiest. Maybe just go ask people in the gate area to play? The RDR for doing that title might entice people.
Also, small Blackjack advice for ya: Only hit on 13 or under, double down on exactly 11, and stand on 14 or more. Worth noting for Blacknyack that you get a bonus of coins for winning with five cards in your hand, Blacknyack or otherwise, so that's definitely worth going for if you draw to 4 without busting.
This is a hard one. Mostly it's just in time, winning battle games is pure RNG and same with getting to Dark Falz Elder at the end. There was a Reddit thread of someone's data from playing the game which is here but simply put the data basically claimed that for 4/3 arm battle games pick top right, for 2 arm battle games pick the left. I think pointing to this data is dubious, but I think picking the same options when you play removes the stress of choice a little, so I do actually follow that guideline.
Right now, I go light with my games, if I get up to 1k+ CC before Stage 20 I quit, and if I don't by Stage 20 then I try to go to the end. I've gotten close, the closest I've been is Stage 28. In time, I might just tunnel vision the end, since that's the only title I'm missing, but I have lots other titles to do in the meantime.
Update: I hit a jackpot finally, it really just kinda "happened", I rarely got much in the way of battle games and sadly got the minimum jackpot modifier so I only ended up getting 8k CC. But hey, I'm done with Arkuma Slots now!
Rappy Slots involves hitting lots of PSE Bursts (matching 3 wilds) and the easiest way to do this of course is to trigger Rappy Chance Time, filling the meter on the side. Before getting a slot machine, it shows you the existing meter if any, and profit wise it's probably best to only play machines that already have some meter.
Worth noting that, despite the low population of classic PSO2, Rappy Slots machines will gain meter at every daily reset (random amounts per machine) and that this is per block -- classic PSO2 does have two blocks even though only one contains most of the population. For the sake of titles, it's worth emptying the meter of all the machines, then switching blocks and doing it again until the daily reset. This has been my main focus right now.
Some online discussion mentioned that machines with more "Bonus Games Won" in the initial inspect machine are gonna have higher jackpot chances and PSE Burst chances. While likely true, this stat is calculated by people playing on that machine that day so it's not very helpful these days, so I suggest focusing on meter emptying. If a particular machine quickly hit PSE Burst, I'd take note and maybe return to that particular machine once all the meters across the blocks are empty. (Or just wait for daily reset!)
I once saw a forum post from Japanese players claiming the rappy in the machine matters, that matching the current seasonal rappy has better odds. Not only does this bring up a question of what is the current seasonal rappy (for example, in June, lobby decor depicts Lovey and Lovely Rappy, but Froggy Rappy appears in the wild, so who is the seasonal rappy?) but I've personally never noticed any sort of correlation... Summer Rappy is my favorite though, if you're wondering. I love his big flippers.
